Sailing to Syracuse - Sailing Helios S03E04
In this episode, we say goodbye to Malta, knowing it will be a while before we return, and set our course for Syracuse, Sicily. With more wind than forecast, the passage proves challenging but exhilarating, pushing both Helios and her crew to perform.
After a night at anchor in Portopalo, we continue our journey north, but not before Jude heads up the mast to fix a wayward lazy jack line. With the Mediterranean sun finally warming the decks, it’s time to break out the bikinis and enjoy the approach into the historic harbour of Syracuse.
