From Termini Imerese to San Vito – One Step Closer to Sardinia - Sailing Helios S03E10
In this episode, we slow things down and take care of a few essentials before the next big sail. We explore the streets of Termini Imerese, a practical but charming stop for full-time cruisers, then hop on a train to Palermo for a quick visit — and to collect a much-anticipated Amazon parcel (always a bit of a mission while living aboard!).
From there, we sail west to San Vito Lo Capo, a stunning coastal town where we top up on diesel and water in preparation for our upcoming crossing to Sardinia.
It’s one of those episodes that captures the quieter, behind-the-scenes side of the sailing life — the moments between the adventures that make them possible.
