In this episode, we enjoy some of the historic sights of Malta. Malta has a fascinating history and during the last glacial period was connected to Sicily. It was home to pigmy hippos and pigmy elephants.
It is believed that humans first arrived around 5900 BC and were a culture that built megalithic temples. We are looking forward to exploring more of these temples when we return next year.
