Welcome to my bikini kitchen! Today we did a catch and cook on conch. We used the conch to make a delicious conch salad Bahamian style.

1/2 cup Bell Peppers
1 Cucumber
3 Hot peppers
1/4 cup onion
1 Tomato ripe
10 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Salt and Pepper
5 tbsp fresh orange juice
8 oz Conch
