Having picked up our family in the Gulf of Nicoya, it is time for us to cruise the tourist friendly coast of Northern Costa Rica. While we stopped at several anchorages, by the far the most memorable was the surf village of Samara. Endless beach, great surf, friendly locals, fabulous food and the greatest Italian deli we have found outside of Italy. An amazing stop before we beat into 40 knot winds to arrive at our end destination, the superyacht haven, Marina Papagayo.
