Having arrived in Bocas del Toro in heavy rain Gargoyle has anchored in the first available bay for the night but now it is time to move the boat and check in to Panama once again. We move from Bastimentos to Isla Colon and Bocas town where we are met by officials making certain we have had our mandatory COVID tests. We then go ashore to complete the process with the port captain and immigration before continuing to Redfrog Marina and the hospitality of the marina staff, led by Deci. Redfrog resort, with three of five restaurants open, is a welcome oasis as we unwind and begin to regroup.
