This week we take a brief sail over to Dolphin Bay, where we spend an afternoon at anchor with a pod of playful dolphins. Then it is time to row the dinghy to shore to meet Gary Mitchell and Carlo Rios. They have owned the Green Acres Chocolate Farm for several years and are most excellent hosts. Notably, beyond the focus on chocolate, the farm is also a botanical garden highlighting the diversity of the jungle and dedicated to preservation of this scarce but essential resource. We have taken many tours over the course of our journey, but this certainly ranks as one of the best.
