We eventually decided to take 2 days to get through the Crinan.
Mostly because the staff needed somebody who wasn't in a rush to hang back - they had too many boats in a hurry.
But we decided it was beautiful weather, so we were not in a hurry.

7.7.26 Beautiful Scottish Islands. Troon to Ardrishaig
Join us as we sail from Troon to Ardrishaig , ready for the crinan canal. The Waverly passed us twice, and the cold demonstrated how the cold can adversely affect people living with Parkinson’s.
