We Found PARADISE on Kefalonia and Ithaca in this episode as we enjoy a couple of peaceful days in Sami, Kefalonia before sailing across to Ithaca in search of a beautiful bay to relax in for a few days. Along the way we handle provisions, fill up with water, do laundry, explore stunning Greek anchorages, and keep an eye on the weather as we move through the Ionian Islands.
We visit crystal-clear spots like Gidaki Beach, where the water is so clear you can see the fish around the boat, and we take in some of the most pristine bays along Ithaca’s coast. It’s the perfect mix of sailing Greece, island hopping, catamaran cruising, and real liveaboard boat life aboard our Fountain Pajot Astrea 42.
Of course, no sailing adventure is complete without a bit of boat drama, so we also head back toward Vlycho Bay to get the generator PCB fitted after a long wait in Athens.
