Our maiden voyage on our new boat was so short that in a slack tide we could have swum the distance involved! Despite this, it was probably the most stressful passage we’ve ever had… 🔔 SUBSCRIBE ➜ http://bit.ly/SBYouTube⛵
Fighting the tide, getting used to the boat handling of the new boat, the engine overheating, Emma crying incessantly, the VHF not working properly… It was definitely a memorable trip!
All’s well that ends well though, and at the end of the day we were safely moored in the beautiful Chatham Maritime Marina- with a few new items on the to-do list of our ongoing refit!
