After crossing the Pacific Ocean and spending weeks in the Marquesas, we finally arrived at one of the places we've dreamed about for years: the Tuamotus.
In this episode, we leave Nuku Hiva behind and make the 500 nautical mile passage to Raroia Atoll. After carefully timing our arrival through the pass, we enter a world of crystal-clear lagoons, coral reefs, blacktip reef sharks, manta rays, and some of the most beautiful water we've ever seen.
For us, this episode is about much more than reaching a destination. It's about arriving at a place we've been working toward since we first started this journey. From surfing and tubing with friends to exploring the reef and experiencing life inside a remote coral atoll, these are the moments that make all the preparation, challenges, and ocean miles worthwhile.
This is why we crossed the Pacific.
