We’ve been hanging out in the USVI waiting for our work permits for the BVI’s. While we work on some projects and enjoy ourselves we decide to try to do some harvesting from the sea. We find conch and make a delicious fresh salad, Marianne falls ill and eventually we head off to the BVI!
