With only a few days before we departed, we squeezed in one more tour to see the island. This time we did it via water. You’re not allowed to explore in your own boat. You must use a local tour company, and you can’t even dingy into shore on your own.
We decided to go with Galápagos Eco Fishing for about $120 per person for a full day tour including lunch around the island to snorkel various spots. It was a perfect way to see the island in limited time, and our staff was awesome! We do wish we could have kept one of the wahoo though, but we got a few pieces of sashimi from them.
