We start to dabble with more fishing equipment in the marina to pass the time, and our cruiser friends on their Lagoon 2011 Lagoon 400 – ASANTE show up in Key West after leaving the Bahamas. Both crews are atrocious fishermen/women. With “real” tourist in Key West, charter fishing options were open and discounted. We took a 4 hour charter, picked the brain of our captain, and reeled in a lot of stuff we couldn’t eat, but now we know what to do!
