Adobo ON THE DOCKS. Really easy meal that actually feels like you are eating something carefully prepared in an exotic land. My fiance is from Cebu in the Philippines and taught me how to make this. it is really easy and really good and reminds me of some of the best times of my life travel around the Philippine Islands with the love of my life.
Instructions:
5 minute prep time
Let marinate
Boil for 45 min
DONE!

Chicken thigh
Garlic
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Lemon
Rice
Bay leaves
Peppercorns

This is my life ON THE DOCKS, where I’ll be exploring every aspect of life at the marina, the surrounding San Diego area, and where ever else life takes me. Even if you aren’t a boater, don’t worry, there’s a little something for everybody ON THE DOCKS. Just remember, the Marina giveth, and the Marina taketh away........enjoy!
