Welcome to summer time in San Diego and the fishing has been hot! So much bluefin tuna being brought into the marina that fisherman are literally giving it away. I am going to show you the easiest and best way to prepare fresh caught blue fin tuna on my Catalina 30 sailboat, whether you are fishing for it yourself, buying it at the store, or being given it in copious amounts. You don’t need much for this recipe!
Soy Sauce
Wasabi

BLUEFIN TUNA (also can use just about any other tuna in this meal)
a filet knife would be ideal

Even if you aren’t a boater, don’t worry, there’s a little something for everybody ON THE DOCKS. Just remember, the Marina giveth, and the Marina taketh away........enjoy!
