We finally set sail from mainland Spain to the Balearic Islands. After getting our anchor stuck and filling our boat full of food, we head down to the Island of Formentera to swim in the crystal clear turquoise waters of this paradise island.
We have a lot of fun sailing, swimming and hanging out with our friends Herbie and Maddie @RiggingDoctor and the kids learn lots of new skills including drone flying, all about the salt flats and an intro to kite surfing.
Finally, we say goodbye to our friends and celebrate Matts 50th birthday party on the beach as the sun sets !

A background as RYA instructors, flotilla skippers and RNLI crew only partly prepared us for the challenges of a live-aboard life!
