In pt1: https://youtu.be/l8APzj_C_FA – of this video series I dismantled and cleaned the muffler box, exhaust elbow, turbo and checked the impeller and water pump pipes. I also replaced the water pump gasket and found a lot of calcium deposits inside the pipes.
In this video (pt2) I take apart and clean the oil cooler by removing the insert from the housing and flushing acid through the tubes.
In pt3: https://youtu.be/ZaBx8puvBDQ – I dismantle and clean the heat exchanger and reassemble everything.. hopefully!
