We set off on our boat to visit Green Acres Chocolate Farm that had been highly recommended to us. We wanted to learn about how chocolate was made. We soon realised that Gary would tell us far more than just about the organic chocolate farm and he would have us all completely engaged in everything he was telling us about the plants, trees , animals and his own story about what brought him here.
