After all the chaos, uncertainty, boat projects, and miles traveled, that first real encounter with sloths was one of those moments that stopped us in our tracks and reminded us exactly why we’re here.
To slow down.To explore.To live differently.To experience the wild places that make this crazy life aboard a sailboat worth it.
And, of course, there was still plenty of surf, adventure, laughter, and the everyday chaos that comes with life aboard Motherload.
But there’s something else in the air…
Change.
The next chapter is starting to take shape, and we’re not exactly sure where the next two weeks will take us—or what they’ll bring.
One thing we’ve learned living this life is that the plan rarely survives contact with reality.
