After seven incredible years based near Puerto Vallarta, Pat, Alexa, and our slightly seasick but always hungry co-captain, Gilligan the Fat Boat Cat, are finally departing on the biggest offshore cruising leg of our journey. This video documents the entire 40-hour passage as we take our 57-foot Nordhavn trawler, Noeta, across the legendary Sea of Cortez (Gulf of California) to begin our long-awaited adventure exploring the remote coastline of Baja Mexico.
