Wendy takes a break away from the boatyard and heads up into the Mexican hills. She discovers a coffee roaster and also checks out a beautiful old building which was the house for a local coffee plantation.
She finds a tortilleria in the hillside village and checks out how tortillas are made.
Magnus works on Nutshell’s hull getting her ready for the anti-foul paint and Wendy tackles the varnish removal project.
