Our Sailboat Is Almost Back Where It Belongs
After two weeks on the hard stand smashing through boat jobs, we're getting closer than ever to putting Escapade back in the water!
This week we freshen up the bottom with a new coat of antifoul, install our brand new headsail, varnish the cockpit table, oil the shower grate, fit a new Rocna stainless steel swivel, and tackle a long list of those last-minute maintenance jobs that always seem to pop up before splash day.
It's amazing how quickly the to-do list grows, but seeing everything come together has us even more excited to get back out sailing.
