After our ordeal losing our anchor and having a nightmare night we take a couple of weeks just to sort out our last boat maintenance jobs and get everything up to scratch. Unfortunately we lost our confidence so we decide to do a couple of short sails to build it up again
We finally have some decent weather and were ready to move on from Fethiye, so we first sail to a small island called Kizil Ada which is about 40 minutes from Fethiye, We enjoy some kayaking, hiking and sitting outside for a change in the slightly warmer weather before then sailing onto Gocek which is about an hour and a half sail and 8 Nautical miles from Kizil Ada.
We stock up a the fresh markets in Gocek before we do a day sail onto Marmaris, The boat job capital of Turkey, to do some exciting projects on the boat! STAY TUNED for those!
