Exploring Sadella and Beyond
The adventure unfolds as the crew immerses themselves in the historic town of Sadella, once the capital city of Monca. Against the backdrop of volcanic rocks and azure waters, they embark on a scooter expedition, brimming with anticipation for the day’s discoveries.
Reflecting on the anchorage’s tranquility, one crew member marvels, “We’re in this cool Anchorage that’s got rocks almost the whole way around, offering excellent protection.”
Amidst playful banter and culinary musings, the crew delves into local cuisine, indulging in Spanish Pinchos and pomata, a tantalizing mix of gin and frozen lemon slushy.
Balearic Islands Sailing Adventures and Challenges
Setting sail from Sadella, the crew charts a course for Mayorca, navigating the crystal-clear waters at a steady pace. “Just like that, we’re going 6 and 1/2 knots out of the bay,” exclaims one crew member, capturing the exhilaration of the journey.
