We're headed south down Florida's ICW to Fort Pierce for a haul-out — and this transit day reminded us exactly why we chose this crazy, beautiful life. Rhys took the helm and honestly? He's got skills. Our brand new watermaker fired up for its first real underway test and hit 27 gallons per hour. And yes, chicken nuggets in the air fryer might have been the highlight of the day for the little ones. 🍕
Real talk — this is what sailboat family life actually looks like. It's life raft drop-offs and boost pump fixes AND sunshine, freedom, and your kid calling vessels on the radio like a pro. It's messy, it's beautiful, and we wouldn't trade it.
The boat isn't perfect. The generator is being moody. The project list never ends.
But we're moving. And the best part? We're just getting started. 👀
