We finally make the mainland of Mexico… When we had the boat down in 2008 we never left the Sea of Cortez… this trip we finally make the crossing. I don’t know what I was so afraid of in 2008, it was easy peasy… 2 calm nights and a glassy calm day…. motored 190 milles. Well we did sail the first day from about 4 pm when we left until midnight when the wind died.
