Most important points:
Don’t hit the bottom
When placing on the trampoline for wheeling boat have the top of the board towards the rear beam
If it’s windy enough to double trapeze make sure that they are lifted unless sailing upwind – it is possible to snap them.
Adjust your friction plate so that it holds them nicely – stick to the same board in the same hull as they are all slightly different.
