🇦🇺March 11- 13 : Victorian Hobie State Titles : Port Melbourne Yacht Club
The home of current Hobie 14 World Champion Warren Warren-Myers and defending Hobie 16 champion with his wife Georgia Warren-Myers. These two are world-class on both the Hobie 14 and 16

🇦🇺April 29- May 1 : Queensland Hobie Cat State Championships : Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron

🇺🇸🇲🇽MAY 5 – 7 : CINCO DE MAYO REGATTA : Puerto Penesco Mexico
This event is being run by Hobie Fleet 66 – Arizona, If you can get to it it should definitely be on your agenda.
Puerto Penesco is absolutely stunning, at that time of year we’re looking at champagne sailing conditions, sandy beaches warm water and very good times.
Get that one booked in. This would be a great event to get to regardless of your racing experience.

TORNADO

The Tornado is a very freindly class, attracting between 20 to 30 boats at major events.
It has to be the best class to get into for very high performance at a good price.
There are many well-preserved Marstrom Tornados on the market, you can pick up a modern Tornado with a Carbon mast for as little as €7000

🇦🇹🇪🇺July 18 – 22 : European Championships : Achensee Austria
Achensee is a stunning location with Turquise blue water and a sweet thermal wind which boasts force 3 to 4 most days when the sky is clear.

🇮🇹August 19 – 25 : World Championships : Dervio, Lake Como, Italy
Lake Como is one of the most stunning places to sail on the planet. Also boasting a good wind of around 3 to 4 bft on sunny days.
