I have arrived in Okinawa. Initially had planned to come for winter cruising, but as it turns out it could be my final sailing adventure with Wahine. For several reasons explained in this video, I have officially listed Wahine for sale, For the last four and half years she has been my home, office, laboratory, and classroom. We have visited over 70 places /ports in Japan and together dealt with COVID restrictions, engine failure, storms, volcanoes, and tsunami warnings. One thing for sure is that I love living on the water and plan to continue to do so. My dream of crossing an ocean remains and I have some plans in the works as options. If Wahine does not sell it will be with her, and if she does sell then another boat. Some things have changed including the passing of my mother and my own health issues which the doctor has strongly encouraged me to take seriously. But this video is about Wahine and includes great shots of her sailing. Enjoy and if you want to know the reason why she is up for sale please listen to the end.
