We moved on to our traditionally rigged sailing boat Grail Dancer in March 2023. This is our second voyage, setting off from Ensenada BCN in mid July, and arriving in La Paz BCS thirty-four days later.

Grail Dancer
Grail Dancer is a wooden gaff schooner and she was built in British Columbia by Wayne and Maureen Loiselle in 2000. She is the replica of a 1866 Noank Well Smack called the Emma C Berry which now resides in the Mystic Seaport Museum. We, the Thompson family, are the third set of guardians to have the pleasure of looking after her. We bought her in San Francisco in April 2023.
