GoneSailing Loon's Lace Episode 17
2023 North Sea summer cruise with Jayne & Mike on their Najad 405 Loon's Lace. We start sailing into Loch Laxford in Northern Scotland, round Cape Wrath to Loch Eribol then sail to Hoy Sound, Stromness and Pierowall in the Orkneys. From Orkney we'll ride the tide into North Haven on Fair Isle, cross "The Hole" and spend a few days in Lerwick, Shetland. With a fair weather window it takes 39 hours to cross the North Sea to Skogholman, Norway.
