This week we explore Fortescue Bay on the Tasman Peninsula where we harvest some gigantic feral shellfish and smoke some of the local bait fish. We also dive on the wreck of the William Pitt in Canoe Bay and take a walk through the Tasmanian “rain forest”. Featuring excerpts from our favourite Australian film, The Castle (1997).
