We’ve just completed the first week of our boat build and actually have something to show for it besides a bill!
This episode of our boat build takes a quick look at lofting boat plans into patterns that can be transferred onto wood, before branching off to pouring some hot lead. We talk a little about money, free stuff and gluing our centre board blank.
None of the jobs we tackle are particularly difficult, but that is the charm of small boat building. It is very accessible to most people with modest means.
