For our final episode in the Kimberley, we head to the Berkley River where we were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of fresh water billabongs so late in the dry season. More amazing scenery, plants, rock art and wildlife was discovered at Casuarina Creek. Departing the Berkley for Darwin, we discover why the Bonaparte Gulf is more colloquially known by yachties as the “Blown Apart Gulf”.
