In this episode of Finding Our Isla, we continue sailing north through the Caribbean as a family of six learning how to sail along the way.
We leave Ronde Island and make our way to Sandy Island and Chatham Bay on Union Island — soaking in some of the most beautiful spots in the Grenadines.
What started as a smooth stretch of sailing quickly turned into one of our biggest learning moments yet… when we suddenly lost steering in open water.
With very little experience, we had to stay calm, work together, and figure it out in real time.
This is what learning to sail as a family really looks like — the good, the challenging, and everything in between.
⚓ Thanks for coming along with us.
