Day 4 at SEA - Time Zones Are Fake & So Is Our Sleep Schedule
DAY 4 of our Atlantic Crossing!
Somewhere out here in the middle of the ocean, every clock onboard says something different… the chartplotter, our phones, our watches — none of them agree. So we’ve fully given up on “time” and are operating exclusively on vibes and timers (which we also forget to set 😅).
This morning turned into a long, slow, peaceful watch with no wind, confused dogs, questionable oatmeal decisions, and a sunrise that made it all feel worth it. Later the wind finally arrived, the engine went off, and the whole crew slowly crawled back to life.
Today’s highlights:
• Trying to decode the dogs’ needs
• A mini sailing lesson about apparent wind
• The debate of “to fish or not to fish”
• Passage pizza (!!)
