Despite conflicting reports on the re-opening of Madagascar to sailing yachts, we’re investigating and planning the tricky sail across the Mozambique channel.
The “traditional” route is direct from Richards Bay to Tulear (Southern Madagascar), but it’s difficult and one can encounter some strong headwinds.
After much weather chart watching and deliberation Robin devises another route, what is it?
