Ep48. In this episode of Cruising Off Duty, we let you know what happens when we arrive at our charter Catamaran to find it has many issues. Most of the necessary appliances are broken and need to be repaired before we can leave the harbour.
Dream Yacht Charters refused to give us a different Catamaran when we informed them of all the things that needed to be fixed and we were told we would just have to wait until their mechanics fixed the boat we had. We try to make the best of a bad situation.
I take some of the time we are wasting sitting around the harbour to fly my Mavic Pro drone around and see the beauty of this area of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.
Hopefully you can learn something from watching this episode. Don’t assume like we did that if you rent a sailboat for your vacation that the boat will be in ship shape when you get there.
Once we get on our way we have a good time and we continue to have a great time throughout our 1 week charter, so subscribe so you can follow along.
