We decided that the normal daily grind wouldn’t be a part of our future, and that our love of nature and travel left us at one main option – live and travel on a sailboat. Talisman is a 28ft Salterns Stag which we bought in Southampton. She is the vessel in which we plan to undertake a crossing from Falmouth across the Bay of Biscay – eventually ending up in the Mediterranean.
1 year ago, Jade had never been on a sailboat – and Brynn had only spent 3 weeks onboard someone else’s. So you can trust us when we say we are absolute beginners learning everything from scratch!
