This is first glimpse of a small fraction of the footage we’ve been accumulating in the hurricane zones to document the recovery progress in the affected islands. We stopped in Dominica first on our way north through the zone and spent an entire week walking, hiking, and driving all over the island, talking with friends and locals that had lost everything after Hurricane MARIA wreaked havoc on the island back in September 18, 2017.
We are continuing these efforts as we speak, with St Martin and British Virgin Islands (BVIs) next on the list before we leave the area prior to the coming hurricane season. After that we will be heading South to Bonaire, Curacao, Aruba, and on to spend next season in Colombia, Panama, and San Blas area.
