Meet my friend Rodger Boutelle, long time resident of St Maarten and St Barth’s, and ex-pat who gave it all up in the States to come for a simpler life in the islands! Rodger shares stories of his years spent working with Jimmy Buffett, which I’m sure all you Parrotheads will enjoy… and was also the one to set up the first actual dive shops on the island of St Martin!
