What to Do in Quebec City, Canada | A Perfect Day in Old Quebec
What are the best things to do in Quebec City in one day? In our second day exploring Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, we visit some of the city's most iconic attractions, from the historic Citadelle of Québec to the charming streets and waterfront of Old Québec.
We start our day exploring the Citadelle of Québec, one of the most impressive historic sites in the city. From there, we take the famous Old Quebec Funicular down toward Lower Town, where we wander through the beautiful streets, shops, restaurants, and historic architecture that make this part of Quebec City feel like a little piece of Europe.
Of course, no visit to Quebec City would be complete without spending more time around the legendary Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. We stop for a cocktail and take in the atmosphere before heading outside the walls of Old Quebec for dinner.
As the sun goes down, we finish our evening at the beautifully illuminated Parliament Building of Quebec, which might be even more impressive at night.
