bahamas birthday bash | 46 | Beau and Brandy Sailing
We love learning how to sail Saoirse in the Bahamas. The water is crystal clear, a new anchorage is always just around the corner, and the wind seems to be somehow blowing in the right direction.
Join in on this episode as we do JUST THAT!! We take a short sunset sail over to a new spot in Treasure Cay, so we can get better access to beaches.
We celebrate Brandy’s birthday starting out with some ketoish chocolate chip pancakes. Just as we finish stuffing our bellies, Dan and Kika from Sailing Uma pull up on their dinghy with a boom box blasting “Happy Birthday”. It was great! They whisk Brandy away while I let Oona out to shore. I take the time being alone to decorate. We do a little diving, snorkeling, beach bonfire, and fishing.
The next day we hoist the anchor and island hop on over to the next destination, Great Guana Cay. It was a beautiful day for a sail. Hope you enjoy!
