On a sunny day, Ashley and Captain Chris from Barefoot Sailing Adventures decided to kick off their Friday by exploring the beautiful Matlée Island. After indulging in delicious breakfast at The Perfect Cup café, they made their way to the nearby Matlée Community Park for a much-needed workout session.

As Ashley started her warm-up routine, Captain Chris marveled at her strength and dedication. With the gentle breeze adding resistance, she gracefully completed various exercises such as squats, pull-ups, and split squats, showcasing the strong connection between sailing and fitness.

A Perfect Blend of Exercise and Exploration
