We get to explore the wonderful town of Green Turtle Cay with our friends and just like that, we lose our friends to their own adventures and we are finally on our own in the Bahamas. We start off our time on our own running straight into a freak storm and anchoring in heavy fog. But we get through it and our exploration continues of the Abacos! Plus some more delicious things come out of the Turtle galley!
A long ago dream was to record the wonderful things we see during our dives and with this in mind, we bought a SeaFrogs underwater camera case and it took more than two years for it to become a reality. Although our best dives are ahead of us, we wanted to whip out the big guy to get some footage of our amazing snorkeling around the Abacos.

We are Dev (pronounced Dave) and Spandana (pronounced Spun-The-Nuh), a software engineer and developmental behavioral pediatrician, who gave up everything. Less than 6 months after learning how to sail, we bought a sailboat and jumped into full time cruising. Our Turtle is a 40 foot 1993 Caliber who has had 7 owners before us and has even been salvaged once. Join our adventure as we travel the world, collecting memories and barnacles!
