It's somewhat shell-shocking to leave the little town for the 'big' one. We also accomplish some work on Maiweh, although not necessarily the projects we originally planned for. And we get by with a little help from our viewer friends.
Thank you to all the patrons of this channel! Yo...
A heard of wild elephants is too hard to pass up for Delos, so when we heard a rumor of an island on the remote West Coast of the Andamans we immediately set sail! After a nights sail and some searching we finally anchored in front of Interview Island. In the middle of no where we found the ranger ...
Ahoy Umans :)
As we take another step, we sail back from the Keys to Fort pierce, catch a fish, lose a fish, get watermelony wasted, sing for the wind, do some boat work, and play dress up to celebrate a big event.. Yep, all that in a single episode!
If you enjoyed this episode, please give this ...

Our Second day on the water as new sailboat owners turns out to be quite the adventure. We pull up the anchor, get out of the ICW, head "outside" and turn south towards Ft. Lauderdale.

We saw fish swim through town, a birdman and flying saucers! We followed recommendations to go to the town of Leucate for their Sol y Fiesta festival. Just small local festivities that blew our minds. We do manage to do a few projects, but this festival has to be experienced.
Join me as I sail my new sailboat (a warrior 38) from Scotland across the North Sea back home to Denmark. This video tells the first part of the story. In this video, we set off from Kirkcudbright, battle seasickness and do a lot of awesome sailing. I think I might have discovered my cure for seasic...
Midway through the second phase of rebuilding the interior of our Albin Vega 27, Lealea, we take a break from the continual cycle of sanding and painting to enjoy the fun at the Little Norway Festival held every year in Petersburg, Alaska. Sunshine and Vikings!
To view the complete Cruising Lealea...
In this episode, we finally start to wrap up some projects, finishing up the windvane install, then tackling a few other projects and scoring a great deal on some supplies for Varuna. Our families also come to town for a visit and we take them out for some great sailing! Take a look!

We're bringing a sailor with know how aboard, sailing our new boat from Vero to Ft. Lauderdale and taking the cats on their first boat trip. Definitely an action packed day for the whole family.

To be or not to be sailing. The answer was simple. Get the boat ready and go out sailing to make sure the rigging was set up right. We also got a good taste of Port Leucate and did a few projects. Mickey oiled the teak and I secured the roof dodger snap-on tacks.

We have a boys day girls day! Brady, Brian and Max take the dinghy on a river adventure back to the town of Mayabunder in order to get a permit to visit Interview Island. In typical man fashion we get our work done in 5 minutes and head to the bar for a morning beer. We meet a crazy Punjabi man a...
We finally start installing the mast steps that we build out of aluminum and get engaged in putting up netting on the railing.
The netting helps us drop the headsails and surprisingly makes the boat feel very comfortable and home. It also gives the illusion of safety :)
Sorry for the buzzing noise ...
We get on the busy waters, let the spinnaker fly, release the small fry, fry up the fruits de mer, and tear down the old windows.
Make the world your own oyster with muscles and/or clams:
Boil the shellfish until they open up, and take the meat out.
Chop up fresh leek, garlic, green onions, and r...
Our first shakedown (on step 25) went flawlessly, and now that we have our solar panels installed (step 26) it's time to take the shakedown to the next level. A 10 days long trip to Miami which includes a few breakdowns, some good lazy jibes, oh and of course silks.

It's been over 4 years since we created a new "about us" or "Adventure" video. To say the task is daunting would be a complete understatement. But to go back through 6 years of videos is an epic adventure of it's own. It's like the video editing equivalent of cl...
