Sailing to The Spice Isle (EP 10)
St Vincents' La Soufrière volcano erupted explosive on the same day we had decided leave the country. After a short sail to Carriacou, we watched towering the ash cloud penetrate into the sky. It was an emotional end to our time in St Vincent, and we were relived to hear that everyone was evacuated safely.
After a five day quarantine, we explored the sleepy island of Carriacou, before sailing south to Grenada, 'The Spice Isle', to experience something completely new.
