The average person our age has a car, house and mortgage. They are allowed a measly 10 days of vacation per year. That used to be us. Until we sold everything.
10 Years ago we dreamt of quitting our jobs, buying a boat and sailing around the world. 2 years ago we sold everything. Literally. We sold the house, the car and bikes. Even the winter clothes went out the window. We took all of our winnings and sunk them into a catamaran.
Are we rich and retired? Nope. Far from it. We used to work extremely long hours at software jobs. But that all stopped after we set sail.
