With hindsight I realise that I should have been smarter, but luckily a step back proved to be a leap forward.
When bending the cupper pipes they came out with different inner diameters and I was not prudent enougf to check each bend and so I was kind of stuck with it.
But. I went from 6 millimeter string to 4 millimeter, strong enough. More thinking lead to that I drilled holes in the lead handles and attached the string there instead of on the boxes. Thuse I need only half as many strings.
I also laminated the other sode of the Divinycell core and made some reenforcment to the lead boxes.
Also I made an other holder to my holder of my telephone out of a paper roll and some string and a bent piece of iron.
